Blue of Angels' Wings: it's part of the metaphorical discussion Rachid maintains about the meaning of the colour “blue”.
The main association is with “the blue of the heavens” - hence the immediate link to heavenly beings. The second association, comes from the link with blue as the colour of Invisibility. Angels are - by definition - creatures from another world/ order of being - the heavenly realm. Their wings are therefore “invisible” and in Rachid’s construction - therefore - they are also “blue”.
